Inspiring and pleasant work environment
In 2013 the fifth edition of the Science and Knowledge week took place. It was fully focused on entrepreneurship, an indispensable factor for innovative ideas and concrete project and a characteristic for fruitful collaboration at the Janssen campus which should not be underestimated. Through about sixty programmes the departments were given the opportunity to present their entrepreneurial projects to colleagues of other departments and functional groups.
Through the year Janssen organizes several initiatives to bring people closer together and to get to know each other better. Besides the Science and Knowledge week there is also a Family Day and the Campus Celebration Event.
At the end of this week a successful 'Day of the Supply Chain' took place in Beerse. A day full of instructive and fun activities for all Janssen Supply Chain employees in Beerse and Olen. In Geel the 'Day of the shift worker' was organized, another day of instructive and relaxing activities. Ending with some performance during a Talent Show, which was also organized in Geel for the first time.
