Result-driven culture

The future of Janssen is in the hands of all employees. Therefore, the company is keen to know their thoughts on the challenges, risks and strategies for the years ahead. The 'We, the campus' project which was launched in the spring of 2013 will invite and stimulate all employees for one year to enter into a dialogue about the future of the company.
The company clearly bets on a clear corporate strategy and a result-driven culture. Everyone is involved in the company's vision and goals are set annually, at corporate and department and individual level, which must ensure progress in achieving this vision. All employees are evaluated in terms of achieving these goals. The company's strong bet on internal communication helps all employees to understand better what the corporate strategy is and how they can contribute to it.
The project is based on the campus vision written in 2009. Based on the core values innovation, entrepreneurship, open mind, collaboration, value creation and sustainability Janssen wants to further strengthen its campus. 'We, the campus' asks employees to have their say about the future developments and challenges for the company and how to deal with these.
It is an interactive and participatory process focused on the meeting between Janssen Campus Belgium staff and the campus vision in word, image and action. This is achieved by means of meetings, posters and creative workshops. The process will be completed in June 2014.
